  WHAT HAPPENED?

  The 23-year-old Ecuadorian international was intercepted last Friday while driving near Chelsea's training facilities in Cobham. Officers halted Caicedo as he was heading home along Fairmile Lane, where he resides with his partner, Paola Salazar.

  Authorities are now conducting further investigations to determine whether Caicedo also lacked appropriate insurance coverage at the time of the stop.   Surrey Police confirmed the incident in a statement to saying: “A man in his 20s from Cobham was stopped by officers on Fairmile Lane in Cobham on Friday 4 April and found to be driving without a licence. The vehicle was seized, and our enquiries are ongoing.”
